Mercy For Animals exists to end the greatest cause of suffering on the planet: the exploitation of animals for food. We believe there is no more urgent a problem for the world to unite under.

Together, we can replace our cruel food system with one that is not only kind to animals but essential for the future of our planet and all who share it. We are at a critical moment; our actions today determine what this future planet will look like. We must work hard and find the most effective ways to advocate and empower our peers.

Mercy For Animals is launching a pilot program in select cities to test a new organizing model for motivating and inspiring animal advocates across the nation. Take part in one of our pilot cities and help us shape the future of our movement.

Change Starts in Your Community

As a volunteer head organizer, you will have the opportunity to bring your community together to stand up and speak out for animals. You will work with community members to motivate and inspire one another by organizing events, building relationships, and fostering learning and development.

As a volunteer head organizer, you will gain valuable experience while making an impact:

Hone your leadership skills through setting goals and creating a community action plan of events and campaigns

Grow as an advocate as you fortify the animal protection movement by engaging your community and ensuring the success of local outreach

Network and develop relationships with activists through recruiting, training, and involving others in local campaigns
